Modern Facilities for Stable Microfiber Towel Production
Nuode Textile has a modern production base equipped with advanced weaving, dyeing, finishing, inspection, and packing facilities. With more than 200 imported high-speed looms, 40 advanced dyeing machines, and 6 Ilshin setting machines from South Korea, we are able to support stable microfiber towel production and reliable delivery.
Our experienced production team carefully manages each step, including fabric preparation, dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection, packing, and shipment. This allows us to meet different OEM & ODM requirements for size, color, logo, pattern, fabric weight, and packaging.
Strict Quality Control from Materials to Finished Towels
Quality is controlled throughout the entire production process. From raw material selection to finished product inspection, Nuode Textile follows clear quality standards to ensure stable performance, reliable workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
Each batch of raw materials comes with a composition test report. During production, every process is monitored and supported by spot check records. For finished products, each towel undergoes three quality inspections and is shipped only after all data meet the required standards.

We are a manufacturer, and we have our own international sales department. So we can produce and sell all by ourselves.
Yes, we can develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.
First of all, we will do the inspection after each process.For the finished products, we will do 100% inspection according to the customers' requirements and the international standard.
Of course, we provide sample for free, you just need pay the freight cost, It only takes 1-3 days for us to prepare the sample.
For stock towels, we will send goods to you within 2-3 days; For usual productions, the production time is about 7-20 days. For small trial order, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc can be provided. For larger order, we can arrange shipment by sea, by air according to your requirement. We will help you to choose the best efficient shipping way according to your detail requirements.
